I am a 31yr old caregiver/medication technician I have been in this field for 9yrs. When I was little I loved making sure my grandmother and great grandmother was okay and I always helped them around the house. I wanted to continue doing that when I grew up but also help other people as well. I love being able to help somebody achieve a goal or an activity. It makes my job worth it. I have experience with all medical diagnosis from my experience working in assisted living and memory care units. I can't wait to be a helping hand.

Hi my name is Jade Headen I have been doing caregiving work since I was 18 I am not me 30 years old. I have experience with the facility, in the home as well as in the hospital. I also have experience with cooking, bathing, light housekeeping and running errands . What attracted me the most to being a caregiver was my grandmother when she was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and that motivated me to help the elderly I love to help as much as I can and keep them happy and comfortable. A personal achievement I am proud of is being a single mother and knocking this out my babies play a big part in why I do what I do .

I am very patient with my clients. Some clients with dementia requires repetition of instructions constantly and I believe that I have the patience and understanding to explain instructions and assist patients in situations like this. Because, I love to teach and help others. I also put myself in my client position, if a member of my family is in this situation, I would want to have someone who is companionate and understanding to their needs.

First of all, I always go into a home knowing that I will be making a wonderful friend. I love the elderly; I love their different personalities and all their "Life" stories. It gives my heart great joy to be able to make them smile. It is the most rewarding thing I have ever done.
