I am a great caregiver because I take pride in my work. I treat my clients as if they are my own when providing care and treatment. I chose to become a caregiver because I have a passion and desire to help and give back to others. Some of my personality traits that make me a great worker are having a lot of patience, knowing how to be kind and gentle, and knowing how to enpathize with my clients throughout their disease process. When providing care, I don't look at it as job. I actually enjoy my field of work and aim to better the quality of life. I am 19 years old with 3 year experienced Personal Care Assistant. I started Personal Care at a young age helping and taking care of my Grandparents. I enjoy caregiving because I like to help other people with any type of disability's. I enjoy being able to make my clients feel safe and happy. I was in nursing program. I interned at Royalty home-care. I'm CPR certified. Also father has diabetes, and his leg was amputated. I took care of him from doing a wet to dry bandage, cooking , cleaning, grocery shopping, and etc.

I have always had a love for caring for people, and that is why I want to be a nurse. I am very dependable, punctual and would never neglect to give someone the best care I could provide for them. My mom worked in rehab for quite a long time and I always loved going to work with her because it warmed my heart to see the older people so happy when they saw a young person that was just there to talk to them and have fun.
