Hello my name is Tavia and I have been a Caregiver since 1998. I became a CNA because back in High School I went to various nursing homes and hospitals to volunteer to help the elderly and I enjoyed it. I love making a difference and treating people how I want to be treated. What I like most is building relationships and giving my client a great experience. A personal achievement I am proud is being a successful CNA and becoming a advocate for seniors. I am a great CNA with lots of energy and great communication with tons of CNA background. My first experience is when I started taking care of my grandmother 4 years ago Then I fall in love just knowing that I am able to help someone in there time of need if they can't help them self be a companion. working at the nursing home give me some good experience hands-on experience knowing that I am being able to help someone care for someone be there for them in their time of need and that's what's me that's what makes me happy. When l was you I was very sick stayed in and out off hospitals , l have 4 siblings including my mom we are and was in the healthcare field. My objective is to assist the client to achieve his or her goal in get back on their feet as much as possible.
