My name is Kiana, I have experience with caregiving for about 5 years now. I decided to go down this path because I had to take care of my grandfather growing up. I genuinely love the feeling of making elderly happy, helping out with their daily needs. My goal is to make my patients feel loved, heard, and lastly to feel like life is worth living !

I have always liked people and helped others. I been a caregiver on and off for over 30 years. I have taken care of many people like they were my own family. My patients needs and wants will always come first. I may someday need care and i will give my patients the respect and care that I want for myself if needed someday. For the last three years I have been with a wonderful lady who pass on her 102 birthday and her daughter who will be moving to an independent living on Oct 1. This is why I will be leaving here this house is to big for the both of us and there to many memories here which we both become sad at times. I've been doing personal care for the elderly for 18+ years. I started in my 20s and have continued into my 40s. I love helping people. I am dedicated, dependable and compassionate and that's what makes me a great provider to your loved one.

I'm passionate about elderly care because I love to care for people and I have a desire to help others. I have worked in the health care field in private homes and health care agencies. I was a live-in 24/7 caregiver. I did have time off but still as a live-in one has to be compassionate and help someone even on days off. I don't feel as if a person Is a client most of mine have became extended family over the years. ive taken care of patients who were bed ridden, had to have a cpap, BiPaP, oxygen, cancer, diabetic, cath patients, I've administered meds to the patients, gave bed baths, I went to school in 2011 for my cna but did not get to take my state boards due to having my son a week after I graduated.
