Hi there. I just wanted to reach out and give you somewhat of an understanding of the care i provide. I have over 12 years of experience. The most important thing I came to understand in my years in this field, that most home health companies are quick to hire just about anyone regardless of passion for the job. My patients I had would get so angry because it was never the same person and it made them uncomfortable. So i decided to take the necessary steps to work for myself so that i can hire and train the best and ensure that i am always providing the type of care we would want for our own family. Hi my name is Beatrice, i have been a nursing assistant for 7 years , i have worked as a personal nursing assistant and also worked at Assisted living facilities .Due to my love for nursing i am in the nursing school trying to achieve my goal of becoming a nurse .am very passionate, caring and reliable and always there to carevfor the elderly, sick or needy.

What makes me a great caregiver is my friendly personality, being reliable and being very detailed.I also have 5 year experience, which includes a large range of people from conditions as physical and mental disabilities to bed bound patients to people who just want companionship. Everyone is different and I like to learn what they prefer and make them happy,I enjoy making people smile. I believe in strong communication with the family. I also adore all family pets!

I have always had a helping spirit, even as a child. I have learned the most about myself and I feel I have developed the most patience as a mother by caring for others. I treat people how I would want my loved ones to be treated, with respect, patience, honesty and a smile: and in return, I treat my loved ones better because I'd be ashamed to treat a stranger better than my family. It's a beautiful cycle, and although it can be emotionally draining at times, the joy I feel by helping someone achieve there personal best in a given moment fills me to the core! My 5 year old daughter is my greatest achievement. I am assured that I am doing well by the way she treats others with love and kindness.

I have been state tested since graduating high school. I am a mother of 4 and a wife of 13 yrs. I love working with patients and their family. I am very well at leaving my personal life at the door and being able to enjoy my day at work. Caring for people is all I know how to do. I just have to be able to be a parent as well with schools being done at home so can't do the long shifts of working in a nursing home. I take as many extra learning as can to help enhance my certification . I'm very easy to get along with and as flexible as needed. I have worked in home health, hospitals, as well as Nursing homes. My patients happiness means a lot to me or how the family thinks of me so always try to do my best. I have always liked helping people which is why I chose this field right out of high school. I have always kept my certification in good standing I've had my certification since 2001 and still on state registry with no complaints ever on my care.
