A lot of times my residents feel like they control nothing in their lives anymore, and I try to help them still feel important with a purpose. I let them do for themselves what they can, and help them with things they need help with. Almost my whole life I wanted to takes care of people in some way shape or form. My Grandma used to call me her little nurse for the age of around 5. I loved helping her and taking care of her.
