I'm a very easy going, compassionate person who enjoys getting to know new people. Its my belief that when working side by side together we can accomplish a better quality of life . I not only enjoy assisting individuals with daily needs but also look forward to connecting on a personal level. Caregiving has always been a natural part of who I am as I've taken care of family and friends most all of my life, making it an easy job choice. I'm dependable, hardworking and very loyal to all those who come into my life.

A good caregiver is attentive and responds to situations in a timely manner. A patient, especially the elderly, needs constant care and attention. I enjoy working with people I enjoy making my clients laugh and most enjoy jobs where I have one-on-one interaction with others. I will move quickly to complete task or slowly when it is necessary to be safe. I am on time to get the most productivity out of the day. I am careful when handling fragile things and people. I have empathy for others. I can imagine myself having a health condition. I can imagine what it's like to be an elder. I understand the meaning of needing help. Caregiving allows me the opportunity to help those who need it, no one should have to do it alone.

I've always had a heart for the wounded and sick since a young teenager. It all started when I became a volunteer at our local hospital, I particularly love working with the elderly. I've taken care of both my parents I've lost and have had past Home Health Care Nursing Home experience. I am an honest dependable worker and keeping my word is so important to me. To me it is a job that I would do for free anyways.

Hello my name is Monica White I'm 50year's of age married 13 year's I have 3 Adult children and 5 Grandbaby's. I have been in this field for 11 year's I have a very Sparky personality and I'm flexible I love to stand out from the crowd when doing my caregiver duties Yes I go above and beyond Yes i enjoy taking care of patients because I always keep in mind hey this could be me or one of my family members my personal achievements I'm proud of is that I grow a bond with people that I have to care for and I love to see that I can make them smile or love and appreciate me being all I can be for them to help them make it through day to day life ETC.
