My name is Allicia Ambersley, when i was 17 years old I took care of my sick aunt and since then i realize this was my calling, I love taking care of people, and since then I have being doing it until this this day, I love what I do and i try to do it to the best of my ability. I treat my patient the way I treat my children,please do not get me wrong I do not treat them like children I treat them with love and care and respect.

Im a patient caring loving person. Ive been in home health field for 20 yrs and i enjoy it. I love helping the eldery and bonding with them. I take care of my clients the way i would want my own family taken care of. Since i was very young i knew that helping the elderly is what i want to do .

I became a caregiver because I wanted to help others. My grandmother suffered from Alzheimer's disease. What I like most is enteracting with my clients, and getting a welcoming reaction out of my clients and their families. My personal achievement that I'm proud of, is being a child of God. I've worked in long-term care facilities as well as currently working in home health and love working with seniors in any setting. I became a caregiver because I have a passion for working with others and I enjoy helping the elderly. I have been a Caregiver on many levels for a great 12 years stretch I have worked in nursing homes as well as agencies and as a provider for independent care giving I am dependable ,trustworthy, have great bedside manor and i have compassion for my client and their family I have great deal patience this is a no rush relationship with my clients and most of all i am aware attentive to my clients needs their condition and care and I am a great listener and a communicator . what brought me into this business and relationship of care giving is when my relative got really ill and had no one to properly care for them it makes a huge difference I learned when you or someone you know they recover or just do so much better when they have superb care giving skills on every level that can be to help enhance their life or just being able to cope with their disabilities on a daily bases ..What I enjoy the most about care giving it is a tough job no doubt but I love challenges that says you can not conquer that because I have it in my mind with hard work ,zeal and strategy I believe I can my client can do whatever it takes to make progress .I love seeing my clients conquer difficult situations with their disabilities they face daiy I believe in my client because I love to see them believe in themselves I enjoy being a service of light helping my clients enhance their quality of life no matter the disabilities that try and hold them back from living their best life possible.I have 4 adult children one was diagnosed with Autism at a very young age it was a great challenge for me l was sadden but not defeated and I was not going to let him be defeated neither so I got myself very active in all I could about it connected my son and myself to all we could to not only learn this thing but beat it and we did he is 23 now college student and living his best life yet coping with his disability he was born with but not defeated by that was my best and greatest achievement ever.
