Personal achievements I'm proud of include obtaining my first aid and cpr certification.
What makes me a great caregiver is that I love helping individuals that needs the help the most. I am warm hearted and can understand that I to may need help in the future myself so I look at it as paying it forward. I take my job very seriously. What attracted to me to becoming a caregiver was that I realized that some people don't have family that they can lean on, so as a helper to them, I would be considered family to them. Being a caregiver/ companion is not just a 'job'. It requires dedication, care and a lot of love for you to be able to do your part. You let them feel that you care for them and not just a regular employee to them. I enjoyed being a caregiver mainly because this is what I'm good at and what I'm passionate of. Seeing my client/patients happy and well taking care of is my main achievement as a caregiver. I just moved to beaver falls PA. My name is Brittany, as I was growing up, I had provided care for loved ones, and watched care be provided. My dream job was to help take care, and provide care to people. Growing up I have pursued my career, and I love it! I have worked in nursing homes, assisted living, as well as home health. The thing I have found to love most about being a caregiver is being able to provide the best care for someone that needs assistance, or that simply can't do on their own anymore. Seeing them smile, and having them comfortable and happy is what I look forward to.

I am a compassionate person. I love to care for people and I'm a good cook as well. I know how to make every type of food. When I care for someone they usually end up starting a conversation with me that can last a while. I am also a person who puts my patients needs before all else.
I am seeking a career with a well-established company where my skills are implemented and enhanced. Also, I am looking to secure a position as a public relations / care professional in order to utilize my training, and interpersonal skills with accuracy and advancement while maintaining a motivated, productive, and professional environment for the entire professional team on board while maintaining extensive customer care and reassurance. Not only to be professional and establish a career, working as a Nursing Assistant has became very personal and close to my heart. I started taking care of my Great Grandmother in 2008 when she started to get Alzheimer's and dementia. I took care of her, even when her care was out of my ability, when she passed away in 2014 my heart was set on the medical and nursing field. As it being something that I have put many years and emotions in to, I've learned to be a successful caregiver and aide, you have to be made of both empathy and compassion, patient and understanding, being reliable and flexible, along with trustworthy. Ultimately, we are the person a patient, or client, rely on.
