I always try to put my self in the residence position and have empathy on the residents. I was a nurse back home in Africa. So I have always loved to help people especially the elderly. I like seeing residents feeling satisfied and pleased with my services for them. I prayed for a resident and assisted them with their ADLs and they recovered so fast and they were stronger than before

I am very patient and calm. I try to engage the resident in conversation. I take my time to be sure they have can get a good meal and enjoy themselves. I can do many things to occupy their time and help them have things to do. I am totally dedicated to the resident and what they need.
