I stared when I was very young caring for my great grandmother, I am a team player I like working with the other workers aka HHA or anyone in this field I do my job and I help the family as needed. I became a Caregiver 10 years ago because I like helping people with disabilities and I'm a people person. I also like being a Caregiver because its a way to meet different people of any race and I get to learn different cultures while taking care of my clients. A personal achievement that I'm proud of is that I held this position as a caregiver for ten years and I started it on my own without any agency, it started simply by word of mouth and people trusting in me. I have done a great job thus far while working with Alzheimer's, Dementia, stroke, cancer, dialysis and sickle cell patients, making them feel better and comfortable in their home. I'm very dedicated in my work, I'm reliable and trustworthy, no call outs. I'm easy to get along with and I'm mostly available, I am a quick learner and I get the job done with satisfaction.

Hi, I'm Stephon, I'm funny and 20. What inspired me to become a caregiver would be giving back and saying thanks for what the elderly has done for us. Without them we wouldn't be here. When I used to live in South Carolina, every summer I would come up to Pennsylvania and take care of my grandfather. The talks were always the best.
