Hello, My name is Titilola from Seniors Helping Hands At Home LLC, I have been caring for the elderly ones in their homes, hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living for over 9 years now. I have worked with people with dementia/Alzheimer, and Parkinson concerns. I enjoy working with the Seniors, I have respect for them because they have labored in life, and it's time for them to be rewarded. Being a parent myself, i know how far my children can go in order to make me comfortable. The request i always make from my clients is to tell me what they want for their loved ones, and that's what i have been doing. My clients appreciate my job so much. My mother has severe dementia and Titi's calm personality and gentle manner worked very well in this situation. She prepared meals, did laundry and light housekeeping and helped with my mother's personal care. She did a good job of "tuning in" to my mother's moods and gave her ample quiet time when she needed it. Titi was competent without being overbearing. I am a great caregiver because I treat my clients male, or female, as if he, or she, are one of my family members. No there's no limits to my care, I will always go above and beyond. I've changed a lot of live, I also have saved lives, with in the past fourteen years I've been in this field. I became a caregiver because of several family members are in the same field, my mom is an registered nurse, going on 35 years, my grandmother was a LPN, and my aunts are CNA. So it deep rooted, so to speak.

Hie my name is Florence valentine I am a certified medicine aide and a geriatric nursing assistance. As a gna I have 10 years experience and as a cma I have 5 years experience. I like being a care giver because it makes me feel good that by the end of the day I have help someone. Personal achievement is being able to help someone out there for me it's a blessing . I am a 41 year old single mum with 3 children am currently working for oak creast as a cma so I am looking for extra hours to work because I work 16 hours for now .

What makes me a great caregiver is my passion to provide our elder community with the love care and support they need , and being able to be that number 1 person they rely on brings joy to me knowing that I am able to enrich their lives . I became a caregiver to take care of my own grandfather at home , and seeing how much of a difference I was able to make I started to pursue this as my overall career it is my way of giving back to my community , it takes a person with a special heart to be able to do this line of work . Starting my career off in such a way made me strive for more training and education about our geriatric community , which led me to graduate York County School of Technology with a Health Assistant Certificate , from there my career has taken off in a perfect direction .

I am a compassionate individual who enjoys providing patient care. It allows me to bring a positive change to the lives of my patients and it also gives me great satisfaction to help in their healing or recovery process. I have had the opportunity to work with the elderly in a skilled nursing facility, and as an activity director in a memory care unit. I love what I do and will like a chance to serve you.

A great care giver is someone who wants to provide care and companionship to someone who can no longer care for themselves. A great care giver is someone who gets to know their client on a personal level ; becomes their friend. A great care giver is someone who is willing to give their all to someone who not so long ago gave their all. A great care giver is being someones hands and feet; stepping out to go above and beyond .

My compassion and Empathy is what makes me a strong care giver. I am able to put my self in the place of my client. I have been a patient myself and I have had loved ones in long term care and understand what they went through, losing your independence and having to trust in the care of others. My Mother was a Nurse for most of her life and I respect her more than anyone else on this planet ,that is what inspired me to get into nursing, I have 25 years experience in most health care settings. I am most proud of being strong, compassionate, empathetic, and technically sound and my best attribute is that I still genuinely care about the well being of others after 25 years of being a care giver.

I enjoy helping the less fortunate and the elderly. Everyone need someone at any giving time. I'm currently a manager at a group home facility. I was inspired to become a caregiver when I had to assist with the care of my grandfather at the age of 11. He only trusted me to help him therefore I felt like a nurse. An achievement I'm most proud of and thankful for is my son.
