Hello my name is TeShay Williams I've been a caregiver since 2018 taking care of my grandmother also taking care of my special needs son . I absolutely love being able to comfort someone and assist them with daily activities

I like to put a smile on the clients face , making them happy, making them look forward to seeing me. It is in my heart to help people & to do what it takes to get the job done for them. Just to know that I made there day. The client can't wait to see me again because I did make a difference in their day & also in their life. What ever it is that they want to do like go shopping go visiting , out to eat or just sit down & have a conversation. I have been a special needs & handicap bus driver for the school system for over 15 yrs. I have took care of elderly gentleman for over 12 years. Also worked in a retirement home & I just love it, to know when I go home that I made a person day or made them smile. That are happy & can't wait until the next day when I see them. I also clean, (houses, apartments) or just help with whatever your needs are.

I have excellent communication skills. Always paying attention to my patients. I can assess and troubleshoot any situation with fast results. It is important to get to know your patient. I Love working with people, and love seeing my clients happy.

I became a careprovider because my passion and drive to take care of others. The things that i absolutly live the most about caregiving is the love and reapect i get back from my clients, its fills my heart up with happiness everyday. My personal acheivementa that I am most proud of is being able to provide and suport myself. My name is imani alston, I love to laugh and have be aroung loveing and careing people. I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others. Just the fact of taking care of elder family members and helping others in this way. I feel you can get along well with a variety of elders. Also, doing work that has the potential to make a difference in someone's life.

Caring for others has always been a passion of mine. Not only am I great at gaining the trust of others, but I am a very reliable and dependable person. I enjoy helping people live happier and less stressful lives. My favorite part about being a caregiver is seeing someone accomplish something he/she never could before and seeing that person feel proud because of it. A person achievement I am proud of is maintaining a level of patience that is very uncommon these days, especially when it comes to assist those with intellectual disabilities. I am a 25 year old young lady who enjoys the simple things in life like seeing the sun shine brightly everyday or spending time with family while watching a comedy movie and pigging out on pizza. I love the beach and reading. I currently reside in Summerville, SC but I am a California girl at heart. I am also a hard working student at Trident Technical College. I do not currently have any children but I do enjoy them. I sometimes smile uncontrollably so be careful because it can be contagious!

I like to think that I make a great caregiver for many reasons. I know when to just listen, when to chit chat. I like to make sure all appointments are made and met with all the information needed. I have kept a running list of blood pressure, blood sugar, heart rate, oxygen levels, and temperature for the doctors as well as for the family information. This is also great information to keep in mind if your loved one may be getting ill or maintaining. I truly like to be able to sit with someone and make them feel as if they are just having a visit with someone that can help them as well. I enjoyed being able to do memory work too...looking through all photos and talking about them, talking about her history from growing up to now, working on memory games. The lady I took care of had dementia, but we made no mention of it to her, but made sure she felt as if her life as no different as it was before she had dementia. I enjoyed being able to take her for her weekly pleasure trip for getting her hair done and getting her weekly sub. I made sure that I picked up her groceries, air filters, medications and any other needs to even include mini blinds, pet spa visits. I made sure she took her meds and found a method that made her appear as self sufficient as possible. I also made sure to care for the dog, the dogs meds, water, playtime.

I enjoy CareGiving. I'm fully screened, bonded, and all medical vaccines I have including my tuberculosis. Allergy to some cat dander and fur. Dogs Are okay. I'm a Mother and Grandmother, I Have cpr and first aide training. Helping a family in 29483, 29456, N Charleston.
