As for children, I have not only cared for multiple children over the past several years through an individualized schedule, but also in a professional setting. It's not only kids that I enjoy being with, but I also enjoy working with teens, adults, and the elderly! I have counseled at an 18+ special needs camp for the past 2 years and helped with special olympics groups of all ages. I am still active in these activities throughout the year! Saying this, it is unquestionable that I have the experience to care for people of all ages. I am a certified lifeguard and certified in CPR, AED, and professional first aid training. Additionally, I am 2 years into an occupational therapy degree and have observed at several facilities as reputable as Vanderbilt Children's Hospital, so I know almost exactly what to look for in developing and declining individuals and how to work on struggling aspects of their daily life. I first started out through Addus Health Care in Marion, Illinois. At the time I did not know what I was really doing, it was just a starter job until I could find the job that I was truely looking for. Within the first couple of weeks that Addus Health Care, they were sending me to different clients homes, it took a little while for me to start feeling comfortable. The people who I got to come in contact with, and help with their daily living schedules; were so nice and so good to me; they were so loving, and it was the people who showed me so much love who made me want to show all my love back and they made me want to help them; but most of all through all the months and years that I had devoted my life with these people; it became where I just didn't want to share my love with them; I needed to show them because I need them as much as they need me. I love helping other people and getting to become a special part of their lives and families. I continued my education into CNA and CPR classes and have graduated, and am now State Certified through Tennessee.

I love being a caregiver and helping others is what I love to do. I have over 6 years in experience caring for the elderly. My personality traits consist of being trustworthy, loving, caring, and having understanding and energetic. I am very trustworthy with what I say.
