I'm a kindhearted and reliable caregiver. I became a caregiver because I love to help people and it's great experience for a future nurse. I enjoy being a companion and getting to know the person I'm taking care of the most.

Two things that I love and enjoy doing is helping children and the elderly. My grandparents raised me from birth and they were my best friends until they passed. I've learned through raising 3 children and now having grandchildren that life is much more enjoyable by having patience and living every day to the fullest. Knowing that by simply being there and helping someone really adds warmth to my heart.

Being a mother of five daughters, caregiving is in my DNA. As a youngster, I was the oldest of eight children so when I say I've been doing this my whole life I'm not exaggerating. It took me many years in different fields in the workforce to arrive at my God-given purpose, which I know now is caregiving. I am currently employed with Vanderbilt Hospital & Home Health where I have had the opportunity to meet some extraordinary, kind, loving people and God has placed it on my heart to do more.
