I became a caregiver because I have a passion for taking care of people. I helped my mother take care of my brother and sister and it became a part of who I am as a person. I will go over and beyond to help a person and I take great pride in being that way. My greatest achievement is knowing that I made a positive impact in someone's life.

Patience, empathy, reliability and honesty are top traits that I have learned to go above and beyond expressing over the decade put into caring for others. My passion began as a teenager, watching my mother operate a day program for mentally and physically challenged adults. I would spend early dismissal days at the program learning how to care and support adults who needed an extra hand. As I matured and ventured out into different career areas, I always seemed to end up back where I was most fulfilled and happy, which is caregiving. The rewards are in the smiles, milestones reached and surpassed and the trust that I build with the individuals and their families. Caregiving has allowed me to travel the US and gain experience in many different settings, while being exposed to the various challenges and conditions others face in the world. Gaining knowledge from medical professionals of all walks and being able to utilize everything I have learned have all benefited those I care for and allowed me to excel at what I love.

I'm a great caregiver because I take pride in my work, I love the work that I do, and I treat people with respect, I choose this profession because I have always liked taking care of people ,especially the elderly. And I hope one day when I'm old and need assistance. I pray that God will put someone in my path that's compassionate and love their job as well as I love what I do.

I became a caregiver because I've always liked & wanted to take care of other people especially babies & the elderly. I find joy in taking caring of or helping to take care of others. My personal achievement I'm so proud of is that I leave my clients happy & by me doing what I do has made me really want to pursue the career I've always wanted to do & that's to become a nurse.I've been a CNA since July 2008, went to a LPN program & graduated in 2011, & I will be attending a community college in the fall of 2016 for my BSN if everything turns out good.

My Name is Kayla Hall , and I'm a CNA. I've had hands on experience in a nursing home 10 minutes away from my school. I'm very joyful and I love taking care of others and making sure they keep a smile. I'm 18 years old and I'm CPR certified and very well trained to maintain my patients with good health.
