I started my work life in the foster care system about 3 years ago, my heart has always been in it for the people. I quickly learned that God intended me to be somewhere different. I took a part-time position working with disabled adults and have been in this field for going on 2 years. It is my passion and exactly where my heart is at. I enjoy working with the under privledged and less fortunate. I love having the one-to-one connection with each one of my individuals.

I'm a 45 y/o who loves taking care of others. I'm very caring and compassionate. Detail oriented and always on time!. I'm highly organized and enjoy cooking. I truly enjoy caring for my patients, always very mindful of their needs. The one thing brings joy to me is knowing that I'm giving my patients the care and respect they deserve, no matter their physical or mental state, treating them with dignity is my priority.

Hello, I'm Ronae , The reason I'd think I'm a good fit for this job is because ever since I was younger my mom worked with home health care for my grandfather , I've watched her do cna work on a daily, I've always gave her a helping hand. I found joy in taking care of my elderly grandfather , I took the steps very seriously. He made me promise him if this is something I enjoyed & found joy in (The health care field) *Go for it , When I turned 18 I got the job at lampstand nursing & rehabilitation for a nurse assistant , I'm very outspoken, a great Team member , also always open to hear what I can improve myself on, i have 2+ years experience with alzheimer's, dementia , hospice, and younger patients , with my CPR Certification as well ,I did currently stop working at lampstand due to pregnancy & dealing with a toddler. But i did find a helpful childcare source so Im excited to have an opportunity on joining your team!

I've been in healthcare for over 10+ years. I started as a caregiver and later went to school to become a Certified Nurse Aide & Certified Medication aide. I recently was attending nursing school however, my school closed down 5 months before I could finish. So I started back doing what I love caring for seniors.
