I am 3 courses shy of my Bachelor's of science in business. I have successfully completed the undergraduate general management certification. I have over 13 years off management experience in the fast food world. I left fast food and earned my 3 years of healthcare experience as a residential care partner and then a dietary nutritional cook. I also have 4 years of experience in retail establishment. I am very outgoing and a social butterfly. I enjoy helping others. I have experience caring for patients diagnosed with Alzheimer's, dementia, diabetes, and I understand the care necessary to help my clients live life as successful as possible. My name is Charmarie Allen, I am happy to be able to offer the service of helping people that need it. I feel that everyone should be able to receive the care they need, what started this for me was when my father was ill and needed a caregiver my mother and I were all he had. I became a caregiver by chance, I truly didn't know what all the responsibilities were until I committed to it. Pre heart transplant, the educational classes on diet and medicine and how they effect the body. Post transplant the long road of recovery and rehabilitation through diet and exercise and managing medications. I can say that it is my calling to help people in need and I have empathy and understanding for each person. I'm uplifting and positive and will care for your loved one as if I was in there shoes.
