I began my caregiving path as a preschool teacher. I spent 12 years caring for children and 2 of those years teaching kindergarten. After my husband passed away I focused on my children. I began an amazing opportunity in senior living care facility 5 years ago as direct care while studying to get my bachelors degree in psychology, and now work as a case manager for 3 group homes.

Hi! First off, I admire the families that choose to hire someone to help their loved ones and not take the option of putting them in a nursing home. I have never been more content or more pleased then having a job as a caregiver. You're able to bring life back into the home, become apart of the family and commit yourself whole heartedly. I prefer to wear scrubs on the job. My job duties for the last 6 years as a caregiver w/ my most recent patient/s are as follows. . Cooking, cleaning, running errands such as groc shopping, driving them, pill mgmt and doctor appointments, I'm knowledgeable in Alz/ Dementia as well. As for the ladies I do gardening, decorating, manicure and pedicures as well as hair. I'm very organized and keep everyone on schedule. I'm a hard worker. I'm cpr/ first aid licensed and am also certified nursing assistant,I will take care of their bandages or any other wounds. I will go above and beyond for you and your family as if it's my own and I'm very good at keeping them company I have learned so much from bonding w/ the elderly. I love what I do. I won't let you down. I have commendable references also! Traveling is not an issue as long as it fits my schedule and it is the hourly wage is feasible. My whole life has been a spiral of ups and downs. My devotion to God has helped me in helping others. I do what I do not because I need a job but because I want to help. To help someone in their time of need is one of the most rewarding things.

Hello! My name is Bailey Whitehead from Cleburne, TX and I am 21 years old. I am currently a student at Texas A&M University and will be graduating in December 2018, and attending nursing school in January 2019. Although I do not have any professional experience in a workplace, I have cared for family members who have been ill or injured many times. I am a trustworthy and reliable individual with a passion for health care. I particularly find my biggest passion with the elderly and the youth and cannot wait to become a RN to assist those individuals one day. Ever since I was a little girl, I have always loved to take care of those around me and since then, I have never stop. I love getting to know those who are ill ad injured and more about their life. I believe that I am a good companion and can live up to the expectations that family members will have for the care of their loved ones, because I, too, would have high expectations.

I have work as a hospice cna over 15 years and prior to that have done private duty and nursing home care . Enjoy catering for Elderly and helping them keep their independence as long as possible .

I am a mother of 3. I am very friendly yet professional. Seeing that I can make a positive difference In someone's life makes me happy. I am understanding and patient. I currently am employed to a family in Woodway being a caregiver for their 11 year old non verbal autistic son. I bathe, change, meal prep, administer medicine, and work with him on school. I also do light keeping for the family. I previously owned a residential cleaning business before moving to Waco.
