I'm energetic, healthy, fit, happy, and compassionate. I'm full of love for the Lord, for my husband, my two beautiful teenagers, my two dogs, and my cat. I enjoy teaching yoga and fitness classes, gardening, cooking, and snow skiing! I am the happiest when I serve my family and friends. This is what I was meant to do - to help and lift others up to become a better version of themselves. I am true believer that no matter what your circumstances are in the present moment, there's always hope for a better tomorrow.

I'm very passionate about being a Caregiver. I never had the pleasure of meeting any of my grandparents so I have always wonder what it felt like. So being a Caregiver has introduced me to wonderful people. I have enjoyed baking cookies, listening to old love stories, as well as old war stories. I love being around people, I am elder in my siblings, it has very positive effect on my calm and patient personality. I have worked in medical field for most of life, caregiving does not feel like job. one of the best enjoyable part of caregiving is, you get to hear different stories/experiences of the life. I went to nursing school in Pakistan and now finally i have got the verification completed from nursing school.
