Hello, my name is Tiffany. I am currently looking for a home health job as a CNA. I have over nine years of experience as a CNA and over four years as a CMA. My CMA is currently expired but I am in the process of renewing it.I am BLS and CPR certified through the American Red Cross. In addition to my CNA license, I also have my EKG certification. I have been with my current employer, an acute psychiatric and chemical dependency facility, for 2 years. During this time I have obtained certification in Non-violent Crisis Intervention and Prevention as well as Handle with Care. I have experience providing care for clients ages 5 years through late adulthood. I am currently pursuing a BSN degree to become a Registered Nurse. My availability is open Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays. My schedule is flexible right now as I am currently working prn (as needed) at my current employer. Hello, My name is Nilza Rosales and I have been a CNA since 2016 and a CMA since 2017. I am an extremely patient and friendly person. I believe in treating others the way you would like to be treated. What I enjoy the most about being a caregiver is listening to all the amazing stories and accomplishments an individual has made. What attracted me to become a caregiver was witnessing my uncle and the things he had to go through. I had decided I wanted to make a positive difference in an individuals life. I do my absolute best to make everyday a good day. A personal achievement I am proud of is going to school and successfully receiving my certifications.

What makes me a great caregiver is my passion to take care of others. The continuity of care I provide allows me to feel like family taking care of family. Many of my past patients have requested me personally. I became a caregiver over ten plus years ago caring for my maternal grandmother who was paraplegic. I was also a hospice caregiver for my paternal grandmother until her death eight years ago. Now I take care of my 11 year old daughter who suffers from lupus. God assigned me to the business of caring. I love being a caregiver because it fulfills my assignment from God. It completes me to know that I've assisted someone in their daily life and hopefully I've made a difference for them. The personal achievement I'd like to share is that my daughter was diagnosed eight months into my Patient Care Technician program meanwhile, I graduated on the deans list with full academic honors and a 4.0 GPA. Glory to God. Nursing is my passion and I intended on getting my BSN within the next two years
