Hello, My name is Amber! Im 20 years old and would be an excellent caregiver for your loved ones! I have 1+ year experience with patients. Im a certified medical assistant. I would love to be apart of your amazing family and be able to help people the same way my grandmother received amazing help.

I always give 100% and do the best job I can, with no exceptions or excuses. I also try to bring a sense of humor to my work. If I can add a smile or laugh to a client’s day, that means a lot to me. It is important to laugh. One of the best qualities as a caregiver is my ability to be empathic. I understand that my client may feel vulnerable, scared, confused and uncomfortable, and being able to identify and allay these fears can create a sense of calm and trust for those being cared for.

Easy going, funny, love to serve, always in a happy mood, serious about the healthcare and well-being of my clients. Being able to serve and assist someone and their needs when they can't do it themselves to their full potential, attracts me to this job, it's a feeling of security for my clients. I enjoy the smiles and relief it brings my clients. A personal achievement I am proud of, is pursuing my nursing career to obtain my nursing license.

I believe our Lord made this my life long Purpose . To help those who need and who deal with special needs. I have been successful with caregiving 10 plus years for having great compassion .

I believe am a great caregiver because of my grandmother, and my mother. For their gentle ways of raising me and teaching me how to show love through kindness and generosity. I enjoy meeting new people and helping where I can. I am a fast learner, I adapt well to new things and I can say that I adjusted to them as well. I became a caregiver to my Grandparents when they moved to Arizona, I would assist them with grooming, bathing, toileting, cooking, dressing and cleaning. When my grandfather was diagnoses with Dementia, I spent longer hours in a day to assist them with more, such as, Medication reminders. transporting them to dr. appointments and shopping needs. My grandmother was diagnosed with COPD and was on 100% oxygen at that point and would get winded within a few steps, she was a fall risk and needed assistance to walk, that's when I knew, I wanted to be a Caregiver for others.
