I have 3 years experience working as a caregiver. My expertise is that I am told that I am a great Cook. I prepare seasoned regular diets as well as low salt, low cholesterol diets. I have been a care giver on and off since my senior year in high school which totals 34 years. I love being a caregiver and the rewarding benefit of seeing the individuals improve. I remember working in a nursing facility and the other attendants couldn't get a gentlemen to eat on his own and before I left i had him eating on his own which made me so happy because he was literally on the verge of getting a feeding tube.
