I have always longed to help out people since childhood especially the elderly. Just reminding myself that they were once able to do everything by themselves ,drives me to wholeheartedly help them out in their activities of daily living. I want to see them live a better life than I found them . Always living a smile on their faces , bringing back hope of living in their hearts. My personality of being loving, caring , passionate and servanthood spirit are the driving forces which led me to this profession. One of my personal achievements is the fact that I have been able as a CNA to professionally and successfully work in an Assisted living facility on patients with dementia, alzeimers, combative behaviors etc.

My Clients means alot to me because I understand that I feed my family from what they pay me. Therefore, I sherish them and treat them with due respect. I have a background where I took care of my Grandfather for two good years, when he fell and became hemipledgic. I have loved taking care of Seniors ever since. 1993. In 2004, I did my CNA, and I have worked as a caregiver ever since. I have seen Seniors go through geriatric challenges and I have been a very close person to them, until when they leave this word. I have learnt to love and to provide care and support that they deserve until their last day. I am not bragging, but I have been a good friend to anyone who fell in my hands as a recipient. I have mostly done Private Care and also through Agencies. I enjoy what I do.

What made me feel great about taking care of people especially the elderly is because of my grandparents, they told me lots of stories that makes me laugh even now. I always see elderly people as my grandparents. I have this kind of passion for the job am doing. I give all my best in caring for people l work with. I have received a couple of certificates for being a dedicated care giver, which I can show if I need to. I am hoping to acquire more knowledge in order to help more people and put a smile on the face. I love my job not only for the money, but people welfare is also important to me.
