A great caregiver goes above and beyond unknowingly , its second nature for them to give it their best at everything, .....all the time......from their dress code to how they talk and the small stuff washing dishes and sweeping , its all done with respect and integrity. I started as a caregiver in 2005. I have been an administrator of a CBRF Assisted Living for 7 years. I have skills and knowledge of providing quality care to seniors. I would go above and beyond to be helpful around the house whether it was dusting, washing the car or even cleaning up the mess made by the fish my grandfather caught and cleaned for a meal. Many of times, I would just do without being asked. Ultimately, no matter what the duties were, it always gave me this great rewarding feeling inside just being helpful in making the day/night easier for them.
