As the oldest and only girl among four siblings, I inherited the role of caregiver at a very young age. I started as a babysitter and later moved into adult care. I have remained a caregiver because I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and different parts of the world. For me, there is no greater satisfaction than going home at the end of my workday, knowing that my presence made a difference in someone else's day and that I am appreciated.

I've spent the last 15 + years caring for my teenagers, their friends and their schools. if there was a place to help out I was usually there, and often stayed for years. my work experience is mostly in office administration, but this is not what I want to return to. I studied to be a drug and alcohol counselor, but would like to be able to help others as well, so I am looking into caregiver work. I would like to do something meaningful, and that I enjoy. I am a quick learner, and always up for a challenge. I have a ton of patience that I have developed over the years. I love learning new things, and I love helping people. I'm good at what I do. I'm very reliable and I work hard. I started being a care provider from my moms friend and I enjoyed helping her until she passed away. I enjoy helping people that need my help that can't do things for they self. My personal achievement would be that I'm a hard working man I'm able to get up and go to work everyday without regard.
