Hello, my name is Madriecka Ogletree. I've been working in the home care field for over 12 years. I love what I do. I love being able to make a difference by helping others even with the smallest tasks. I have a wide range of experience but always willing to learn more and widen my knowledge.

I am very passionate about being a caregiver and my positive and cheery disposition makes me very much suited to work. I love helping people, I have a heart for caregiving, I want to make every client feel comfortable around me. I like caregiving because I can make my client feel like they can trust me while caring for them when they don't have families, help, or their family has passed away. I was created to give care, and help to heal with my hands, through my heart, using natural remedies mostly. I have had my youthful times of being youthful, lol, yet I've been giving care since I was a little school girl. Hello my name is Shereka Darlington . My personality traits and expertise that help me being a great caregiver would be helping my teammate out and also being a helping hand. I am honest wit everything I do and being patient with whome I'm caring for . Having confidence in what I'm doing in my job field no matter what Challenges I face. The one thing that attracted me to be a caregiver would be having the heart to care for others and their needs and taking on the responsibility that comes on being a good caregiver to the ones I'm caring for . Being a good organized person in my job course and being trustworthy to my client and their families.
