Hi, My name is Eva and I was born to be a caregiver. I am a talker and love to socialize with people. I like learning about people and their pasts. I enjoy animals and if you have animals that is really cool with me. I have a giving and caring personality that lets me give even more to my clients. I enjoy spending time with people and talking about them and their enjoyments and hobbies. I have one son and he's 16. He's my pride and joy.

I'm am fruitfully vibrant, passionate, loving, polite, energetic, goal directed accomplished, athletic, unique, and organized. My personality traits correlates with what attracts me to caregiving, and some reasons why I enjoy caregiving. I am thankful of the year 2016-2018 during Jr college.

I worked as a CNA for a few months an absolutely loved my job. I got to know each resident on a personal level and I miss it so I chose to give this a shot. Im glad this is flexible because I am finishing up my last semester of college and still need a job. I love caring for others, especially my grandmother which drew me to my career path. My grandmother has dementia and is slowly losing herself. I love to help her and care for her when she needs it. I plan to go to graduate school and become an Occupational therapist, also caring for older adults. I think it is important to help older adults be as active as they can.

Compassionate and experienced caregiver

What makes me a great caregiver is that I see myself as compassionate and empathetic person. I derive genuine satisfaction from helping others one-on-one or in a group setting. Honestly what attracted me to being a caregiver is that I've always had a giving personality and I like helping people. Also I have cheerful and encouraging attitude when it comes to assisting individuals who have trouble taking care of themselves and performing everyday activities. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is that I am able make a difference in someones life, I am able to build cherished memories, I am able to learn from the elderly and that I am to value companionship and build my skills. I'm most proud of the way I helped to organize my church annual toy drive fundraiser this past Christmas, making it possible for us to bring in more toys than had ever been brought in the history of the toy drive event.

I have been in the medical field since 2000. I started out as a CNA and was compelled to pursue my LPN certificate of which I received in 2008. I am a huge advocate for Compassion, Integrity, and Quality Care. I have been working in Home Health since 2006.
