I'm compassionate, caring, patient, and deacated. My mom is a c.n.a and use to bring me to work with her when I was little and I loved it and knew thats what I wanted to do. I enjoy being that person that can make them smile and helping them with thier needs. My personal achievements I'm proud of is being a good mom and graduating from college with a 4.0 for medical assistanting.

I enjoy helping people. I care about the well being of the elderly, as I took care of both my parents at the end of their lives. I understand people can't always afford to do that so they have to be put in a place where they can be taken care of right. I am that person to help take care of your loved one. I will treat them with respect and like I would my own.

I believe I'm a good caregiver because when I come to work I don't see a paycheck, I see people who need me. Who need my help. I became a caregiver to help myself become a better nurse. I wish to start nursing school this fall and the best nurses started at the bottom first. I love being a CNA, you develop a bond with your charges, this job works your mind, body and heart. My greatest achievement was having a patient's family look at me with relief and love when they saw how taken care of their mother was. It touched my heart deeply.

What makes me a caregiver is that I love taking care of people.I have been taking care of others since I was 17.I have a passion for caring about person health and needs.

I decided to become a caregiver when I got out of school because I had a passion for dealing with the elderly. Being a caregiver has changed me and made me into such a genuine person.

I have experience in feed tubes bathing dementia patients, dialysis . Strokes, breathing treatments, oxygen, assists in walking. Toileting.. Wound care, heart patients. Injections, scheduling.. Meds. Food preperation, light duties grocery shopping, doctor visits, I have CPR and first Aid..

I am a very outgoing individua, that enjoys learning about people and there thoughts, hobbies and their personalities. I have a listening ear no matter the conversation. I enjoy meeting new people, and becoming not only their caregiver but there best friend. The things that attracted me into wanting to be a caregiver are knowing I can be a helping hand in tending to someone's needs or wants and knowing that I am providing the best hand or ear a person needs. I understand some people just need that person they can vent to and speak to about things just to get them off their chest. The things I believe I would enjoy most about being a caregiver are knowing that someone can rely on me for their daily activities and knowing that I will be the back bone to the one needing the care, always up to be relied on by anyone in need. my personal achievement so far in life is being the caregiver to three wonderful children that I know rely on me and expect me to be there protector and helper through their life, and that is something I would love to give someone else in need.
