I am a graduate of the Chambersburg High School. I enjoy learning new things. Whether it be life lessons or a new recipe. I love hearing old stories from people and applying lessons to my life.

I'm very understanding and punctual , and treat people like people. I have respect and can understand boundaries , personal space but also reach goals that need to be reached. I started doing caregiving after my great grandmother passed. She was completely independent and ended on hospice so I learned it all starting with her and when she passed I missed that feeling of helping someone and the joy I brought to them. I'm proud of the women my grandmother raised and how she never needed for anything as long as I was around.

Hello! I love to go above and beyond the status quo to help people. I am kind hearted, caring, considerate, responsible and hard working. What inspired me to start caregiving was my great grandmother. She was a caregiver and I admired the way she would go above and beyond to help people reach their full protentional. My favorite part about caring for people is getting to know each other, learning each others common interests, gaining wisdom from the person and seeing the persons progress! I have experience working for BCARC, Visiting Angels and private caregiving. If you have any questions or would like me to provide refences please don't hesitate to ask!

I love to help others and more if they are older or can't do they own stuff because I see them like my own family and think about if I can help them I'm going to do it. I will be so happy to help somebody else whenever they need my help is everything I want.

I get along with everyone, I am very out going and helpful. I love what I do, and I took care of my grandmother for 7 years in my home. I love helping out people and get satisfaction of helping others it's a very rewarding feeling to me.

I grew up on a farm in Ohio with 8 sisters, 1 brother, 3 dogs & several cats, ducks & guinea pigs. I have volunteered most of my adult life with a multitude of organizations including: Hospice, the Humane Society, Make A Wish Foundation, the local library, Kitty Konnection (a feral cat rescue), the Rape Crisis Hotline, Big Brothers & Big Sisters, my local church. I enjoy helping people and the company of animals. My hobbies includes music, baking, traveling, reading, movies, and art museums. I have 2 grown sons & 6 grandkids, all of whom live in other states.

Somethings come naturally, and caring for children and the elderly seems natural for me. The years prior to my parents passing away, I worked a full time job and still helped take care of my parents. I spent weekend and evening with them. There were no regrets after they passed. What I enjoy the most about caregiving is the pleasure it gives the person I'm helping, and the good feeling I get assisting them. I know both my parents were proud, happy and relieved to be able to have stayed at home until they died. We are a close knit family and that is why I started helping my Aunt and a family friend once my parents passed and I became retired. My daughter is an RN and my son owns his own excavation company. I have six grandchildren, 5 girls and 1 boy. The boy was the last :) I live in a 4 tenement house that originally belonged to my grandparents, then my parents and now my brother owns it. 17yrs ago I moved back to Adams after living in California for 20 yrs. One of the apartments was available so I decided to not buy another house, and just live in the apartment next door to my parents. I had a baby monitor in my parents bedroom and in my bedroom so if they needed me during the night, they could just "yell", which my Mom did often because she could no longer walk on her own. Both my children live on the same street as I do, which makes it nice. I moved back to the Berkshires just in time to enjoy my parents last years before passing.

I have experience as Covid Tester, Care giver, HHA and CNA. Im a care person who likes to help others.

I am extremely an polite person and outgoing person. I enjoy meeting new people. I realized I do have an amazing caring heart who genuinely loves to help people, also can have a lot of patience which attracted me to becoming a caregiver. One of my most personal achievements throughout being a caregiver I have learned new traits from others, which taught me how to bond with different individuals.
