I am confident that I am a great Certified Nursing Assistant,because I believe in giving my all to my client to make them appreciative and Happy. Becoming a CNA has given me the ability to go above and beyond the call of duty for my clients while providing services. My personal achievement of becoming a CNA is that I always can see a smile on my client face when it maybe a bad time for that client.

I started my career of caregiving In 1983 where I provided in home care for an elderly lady for 18 months. In 1984 I worked for Minnesota DHS with developmentally disabled persons. In 1989 I began working for the Minnesota DOC until I retired in 2020. I love to help people achieve their goals and I really enjoy seeing people happy. I am currently teaching myself some wood working, furniture refinishing and some art.

I'm kind, have empathy and patience. I started out by taking care of my mother. I enjoy adding joy to someone's day. I took care of a couple in their home and was able to fulfill their wishes of staying in their home together until they passed.

I have a lot of love to give. I'm a very compassionate person, which is very important in this field. I have a lot of patience, willing to learn, and have nothing but respect for those I care for. My name is Miskiy Osman. A few traits that I embody that makes me a great fit as a caregiver would be the fact that I am a mother of 4 lovely kids. And a granddaughter of a lovely elder women. As their primary caregiver I have developed essential trait skills. Such as being patient even when difficult and one would rather meltdown.
