I spent months to help shape and redefine the general vision and admission of craven county schools, also just getting students voices to be heard. My personal traits of a caregiver is that I always have had a heart for those that can't do for themselves. It warms my heart to make someone feel like they still have life no matter what they can and can't do. And a personal achievement for me was to get a elderly lady to be able to get In her bath tub without falling again after 5 years of having a shower chair and needing help to sit on it. And beining able to dress herself again. That made had and myself so proud.
