It warms my heart to make someone feel like they still have life no matter what they can and can't do. And a personal achievement for me was to get an elderly lady to be able to get In her bath tub without falling again after 5 years of having a shower chair and needing help to sit on it. Becoming a caregiver happened when my great grandmother became sick, I was in Middle School. As her caregiver, I had to cook her breakfast before leaving for school, as well as bathe her. Also had to give medications as scheduled. Being a caregiver is one of the best things i've ever did, it gives me a really good feeling knowing that I am helping someone who can't do it for themselves.
