Hello I love taking care of people.Been doing this type of work since the 80s and have so much passion for it.I love sitting next to them hearing about their lives and they usually love hearing about mine.I love making people laugh and smile.I am very easy going and just love life.Taking care of people has been a long time dream of mine and now been doing this a very long time.In my opinion laughter is the best medicine.

What make me a great care provider is that I love my elderly people and I love what I do and what attract me to most of being a caregiver is that I take my time with my clients and patients and make sure everything's right and everything's good what I enjoy most of being a caregiver is being there for them and caring for them personal achievement that I'm proud of I'm proud of being a care provider

I have great communication skills, and absolute honestly no matter what. I am a multitasker and an organized one at that, as well as dependable. I have been providing companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, laundry and errands off and on for 2 years private and as an employee with a company. I have a total of 7 years overall experience. I am experienced in caring for early-late onset Alzheimer's as well as those who do not suffer from this disease. Experience with those who can become easily agitated even violent. Worked in a day center for 20 months mainly with late stage dementia and also with special needs young adults where I was specially trained to care for dementia in a person centered care. This means the person is treated as an individual and not as an illness. I really love what I do and find I prefer to work on my own because my style is treating everyone with respect regardless of their abilities and making sure all their needs are met are really important to me. I am very compassionate about the people I care for and love what I do. I am not certified at this time but can still be looked up on the registry.
