I sat out years ago to be a buisness professional and years later found my calling in Healthcare. My job is not just a job to me, it is my passion of caring for others. I began caring for my grandmother whom had broke both of her legs when I was 12 yrs old. I have always had a huge heart for older people and the privilege of caring for them now as a career is a true blessing. I love to hear stories of their past and learning them individually. Caregiving to me, is like being blessed with many extra family's!

I originally had set out to have a career in business and went to college for business ...I started to notice I was happy taking care of others making sure they are ok and have everything they need seeing a smile from someone makes it worth it at the end of the day. Hello my name is luanna Burgess..I love to care give I have taken care of my parents for years I worked in the home health girls. I love to bring joy to peoples hearts ans home.. I have alot of patience with seniors. I'm trustworthy and honest and very respectful.

In 1999 my father in law had a stroke and it just got worse . I promised him I wouldn't let him go in a nursing home that I would take care of him . so from 1999-2017 I took care of him till he passed. I done everything for him at the end I had to change his dipiers and had to get him through a feeding tube in his stomach. I was with him 24 I lived with him . after he passed a few other people came to me and asked me to care for their loved ones it got around how good I was with my father in law. I took care a lady who had a few heart attacks and couldn't get around good . I cleaned for her made sure she took her medicine daily and checked her good sugar daily. I took her grocery shopping and what ever she needed. I privite sat with all my paients I've never been to school for any of my work .but I love my work I love all my patients they come first no matter what and I promise if you hire me to take care of your loved one you will not be disappointed
