I have worked in caregiving for a lot of years. I have worked in private home, nursing homes and hospitals. I took care of my own grandmother for two years. I like making sure the patient is happy when I leave.

I've been caregiving since 2018 . The best part of being a caregiver is I know I'm making a difference in some else life rather it's the client or clients family . I try to do everything I can to make it easier for the love ones .

I grew up in an extended family in the Philippines where we care for our elders as customary. I am very caring, responsible, hard working, careful & have a happy personality that my clients enjoyed. I used to teach school and good with kids but my passion is really for the elders. It is a very rewarding feeling at the end of the day when I know that I gave my very best to help to my client. I love to cook/prep meal, travel, run errands, and do fun things with my client. I will be a good companion & very dependable around my clients.

I have a wonderful personality I never meet a stranger and I believe helping others is very rewarding.. I love to put a smile on my clients face.. I enjoy making them feel good about their situation.. I have plenty of patience to handle memory lose.. I also enjoy just hearing their stories, I am single and I live alone so I have plenty of time for their needs.. My personal achievements is being able to take things that I am not sure about and I study for more knowledge.. I enjoy being a caregiver and making a difference in someone 's life.

I always went the opposite direction from Healthcare while finding a career. Until I was forced to take on the role, I never thought I was the type. Turns out im exactly the type and maybe even born to do it. I have a natural ability to care for people. I see beyond the brave words and read whats really wrong with people. I love that! To gain the trust of some that aren't so easy to give trust. Its priceless.

The number one attraction to the Home Healthcare field was the knowledge that I could make a positive impact on another person's life. Another huge factor that brought me into this career field was seeing and experiencing first hand the enormous need for compassionate, dependable, and experienced home health aids and caregivers as I advocated and cared for my Dad through Heart Disease, Parkinson's, and Pancreatic Cancer as well as caring for my Mother through her health struggles and challeges with Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Orthopedic Surgeries, Diabetes, Gastrointestinal Disease, Kidney Disease, and Dementia. Knowing I could make a profound difference in the quality of another person's daily life and ease the demands on their family is what motivated me the most to enter the home healthcare field as a professional Home Health Aide. My favorite part of being a HHA is the smiles, hugs, laughter, and companionship shared with my clients and their family as we work together as a team to achieve the client's health and independence goals so they can go about their daily routines in the comfort of their own home. My proudest achievement is that I took the initiative and did all the work necessary to build the knowledge base, skill level, and acquired the hands-on experience needed to build an excellent rapport and reputation for providing excellent care based on respect, dignity, trust, compassion, flexibility, dependability, and dedication to my clients and their families that I have worked for in the Home Healthcare Aide field. My clients and their family's words of praise for my dedication and service to their loved ones says it all.
