Hello my name is Esmeralda and I chose to be a caregiver at a young age I guess u can say . My grandmother raised me and she was the first person I took care of and I fell in love with it . I have patience and I love to sit with them and chat . They need someone to care for them as well as hear them out . Hear their stories hear them out , see their face light up knowing they are cared for . My only down fall is I get attached and it hurts my heart when I see them go . U loose a small piece of your heart . I love my job

Hi my name is Ashley Lara. I have 2 1/2 experiance as being a Caregiver/Provider. What attracted me to this profession is the calm pace of this job. I enjoy talking to others and getting to know them. And knowing I'm making a difference in others life's.

I have cared for many elderly, I enjoy taking great care of my residents/ clients, I am gentle, and work well under pressure, I listen and advise of what I am going to be doing so that they know exactly what is going on or may wanna assist with the task. I took care of my grandmother until her last days, that is what got me to enjoy this profession so much.

I like to make a difference in someone's life, I listen to what they are saying or want you to hear. Being able to fulfill someone's time to be themselves. I was able to handle my mother-in-law needs 24/7 without hesitation.

I love helping someone who's in need to live their life independently and live a quality life. Also, to see that they are important and that they are important enough to be of help.

I have years of home health experience. Great people person, with patience, and some medical skills. Being a care giver is a easy occupation as i have been caring for my elderly mother for years now. It also keeps me ony toes as we know health changes from day to day. Having medical assistant background also makes this task a bit easier being that i have some medical training.

I'm reliable, including arriving for work on time and fulfilling all duties on time. I respect students, and patients privacy and dignity. I work with a positive demeanor and kind tone of voice.
