My name is Alona been doing this for couple of years now as a caregiver and im enjoying helping elderly people.

I am an experienced caregiver and comfortable tending to folks with a variety of handicaps, whether they are physical or mental disabilities. Much of my experience came from providing care to an elderly hemiplegic stroke survivor (paralyzed on one side). For years, I provided meaningful conversation and companionship, timely medication administration, assistance with personal hygiene (bathing, toileting, etc.), physical therapy, reading, memory recall practice, housekeeping, and taking consistent, detailed notes of her activities, progress, and state of mental and physical wellbeing. As a step-parent of three, I never really left the field of domestic work. I am also an NHA Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, which means I have been trained in patient care, taking vital signs, as well as administering first aid, CPR, and medications. Although I am not opposed to strictly medical work environments, I feel it is time for me to continue caring for new clients in a home setting. My favorite part about being a caregiver is companionship centered around human needs. I miss my former primary client, who passed away a few years ago. Even on days when we were going nowhere, I still helped her get dressed, curled and teased her hair, and helped with makeup. She always had a preferred way of doing things, so I served as her natural extension and carried out tasks in the way she would have done them herself. I am fully. vaccinated and boosted for Covid-19. I do test regularly as an additional precaution. Everyone in my household (including all three children) are also fully vaccinated.

I am an upbeat, happy CNA of 14 years. I have worked everywhere from in my clients homes to hospital to long term care facilities. I have experience with hoyer lifts, sit to stands and hands on transfers. I have worked with many people with dementia and Alzheimers and I have about a years experience working with the mentally disabled. I enjoy helping people and knowing that I am doing what I can to make others lives easier

I love to assist people with everyday daily living skills. In me doing this I can help make sure they have a better quality way of life and they can enjoy it without the hassle of not being able to miss anything that they need. I can ensure that they get what they need and it warms my heart knowing that I can assist in that skill for them.

I love the smile I get when I'm at work and I'm doing my job and the family has somebody that really cares and enjoys there job.I would say my biggest personal achievement would have to be continuing my education but the most important one was having beautiful kids and becoming a mother.

Hi there! I'm a fun and caring caregiver. I've been providing care for clients for over 10 years, whether it's cleaning, preparing a meal, or providing full care. I am patiencent and understanding and most of all I care about your loved one. I became a PCA long ago because I wanted to leave an impact on my clients. My clients no longer feel lonely, they feel important and that they still are loved. They feel confident knowing I'm here to help genuinely.

CG for 12 years. I help them with light housekeeping, basic ADLs, medication administration, keeping hygiene, meal prep, home health care, companionship, and all the basic needs the clients require to.

I am efficient and patient. I prefer this type of work because in my many years of experience I am always learning something new about the client and job.

I imagine that the people i'm caring for are my own grandparents. A personal achievement I'm proud of is being the first one in my family to graduate from college.
