Caregiving is I think an honor to help individuals get a better quality of life being at home in their own homes. What I like about being a caregiver is being able to show a client how being at home can be fun, enjoyable and mostly safe for them. I am most proud of myself for a few reasons. Losing an excessive amount of weight. After a loss of a child I gained a large amount of weight and when I had my son, I was larger than life. But as years went by I needed to start taking care of myself. Have lost over 583 lbs in 33 years. Also achieving getting back up on my own raised my son and became a Licensed Nurse's Assistant with home care and nursing homes. Did many kinds of employment but always came back to nursing.
