About me. I've been a caregiver for 23 years I moved to Alabama in 2009 where I worked for affordable home care for 8 years. I have a passion for caregiving. Your family is my family. I started caregiving back in 2013 when my grandmother became terminally I'll from bone cancer. At the young age of 19 I had to quit my job at Walmart to care for her along side the help of the hospice nurse. When she passed all the things I learned stuck with me. At that point I knew then it was something I was meant to do, to help other families that may be going thru the same. I've very loving, compassionate and understanding of any and all situations. I'm going to do my absolute best to make everyday a pleasant experience with your family member no matter how hard it may become. The thing I enjoy most about caregiving is knowing I am an able and willing servant of the Lord who doesn't mind helping my fellow people live out the best possible life I can help them live. It gives me great honor just knowing I do my best in helping others in anyway possible. I have always been told how great of a worker I am families often times want to hire me for personal home health care after seeing my passion. I love caring for others .

My oldest child is 30 years old, I also have a 21 year old, and a 13 year old. My children are my greatest achievements and they are where my caregiver "carrier" truly started. They taught me a great deal of patience, they taught me to be reliable and flexible. All are things that I use in my caregiver profession still today. Through them I have learned I love helping people. When I have a client they become a second family to me. For me seeing the smile of a family member I have helped leaves me with a worm fuzzy feeling that cant be explained. I would like the chance to be part of your family so i can share in all of you achievements and help with any burdens you may have.

Well i want to become a caregiver because i love people i am a people person and i have had older grandparents and an older parent i know theres nothing like having compassion for an elderly person and treating them with the up most care i look at it like this the elderly have feelings too and if that was my parents or grandparents what kind of care would i like them to have . When i was caring for my grandmother it took alot of patients and time to get her use to someone doing things for her because she was so use to doing everything on her own. my grandmother sufferred with alheimers, dimentia and took alot to get her to understand that she needed someone to help care for her. i enjoyed that feeling that i was accomplishing something and it kept a smile on her face to know that she had someone there to love her and take care of her. I am a very patient caring person i love people ,I am a very friendly and loving individual, outgoing.
