I have been a CNA for 10 years, and have worked in all different situations in many different facilities. I aspire to go further with my nursing degree, and eventually, hopefully become an RN like my mom. I enjoy being a caregiver because it gives me a sense of purpose, I enjoy helping people. Many life lessons held dearest to my heart, came from the facility where I worked my first 2 years as a CNA. I currently work PRN for an agency based out of Indianapolis. Although I am through an agency, I have been steadily picking up at a facility in Franklin for over 5 years. I am searching for a PRN or part time option closer to home. Hi! My name is Jaimeson, I'm 30, and I currently live in Greenfield, IN, with my husband, Creedon. I have a long history of taking care of adults and children as my husband and I come from large families. I have a mom-in-law that has early onset dementia that I worked with for 6 months before she needed to be in a memory care unit and our family was always amazed at how she responded better to me than others. Same with my uncle who is now in a memory care unit. I am able to get into their world and create a purposeful feeling for them. My friend Bud, who is 80, lives alone with his service Newfoundland and I still visit with him for companionship once a week. We enjoy good conversations, drinking coffee and sharing stories of his wife who has passed on. I love older folks and have always had a heart for them, ever since I was young. My experience started in my teens when my mom because the chaplain at Westminster Village North. She has taught me invaluable lessons of making patients feel loved by showing them kindness, compassion and respect. I am CPR and first-aid certified, assistant I completely understand the peace of mind that it gives to someone looking for a caregiver for themselves or a loved one. I am the go-to "care person" in our family, as adults tend to love me, so I look forward to working with you or your loved one. Thank you!

Hi my name is Anastasia I have been in the medical field for many years. I started my training at a vocational school called Beattie Tech located in McCandless P.A. during my junior 09-10 and senior year 10-11 of high school at Shaler Area High School in pittsburgh pennsylvania. I acquired my CNA at 18years old after I graduated both Beattie Tech and Shaler high school in 2011. I've had experience in many areas as a CNA. I have experience in skilled care including rehabilitation, dementia and Alzheimer's, long term care, short term care and then private care as well I've worked as a supervisor overseeing my other coworkers and training them in private care facilities while distributing med and making sure paper work was caught up to date and that there was an open channel of communication with other care givers to ensure my patients were getting everything they need. I have made it half way through my associates degree in nursing in pennsylvania before moving out here to pendleton indiana in July of 2018. I am currently enrolled in ivytech at the anderson campus to continue my studies. I also am a licensed driver with a vehicle. I LOVE helping and healing I believe I've been given a gift that should not be wasted over the 7 years that I've had experience giving care to the people that need it nothing in the world makes me happier than helping the person I'm working with. I am very outgoing and empathetic to individuals and their environments. I have patience to work through the problems that they are having at a pace that is good for the person I'm caring for. I am a loving and caring person who takes lots of pride in the work that I do. Taking care of people and helping people is something that I love to do and will probably do this until I can't work anymore! I am in school right now to become a nurse. My end goal is to be a an RN!

I believe I'm a great caregiver because I love my job. I am very dependable, trustworthy, and reliable. I I've always been in a nursing home or home healthcare environment ever since I can remember. I love being able to help the elderly or disabled to be able to stay in their home and not have to go into a nursing home. I'm very caring and compassionate and I love to get to know my clients and their families. I have been doing home health care for 7 years now and I have loved every minute of it.

I try to connect with a person through their hobbies. I also feel like having a down to earth trying to understand a person personality helps as well. I live in the country, I put out a garden, I help can, I have put on garage sales, I enjoy flee markets. I enjoy history. Being all around knowledgeable for a few things, and willing to learn about others helps out greatly. I enjoy keeping the person stories alive, and seeing them smile, and appreciate the little things. My personal achievement is when the client calls me there angel or sweetheart, and they explain in there words how I help them, manage through there chores, or ADL's I have worked with many companies, and only a few I can mention.
