I'm very caring and loving person with an great personality. I have thirteen year of experience as a caregiver. I love helping others I have loved to help every since I was a little girl. It's a passion of my which I prefer to call it my calling , I believe in helping others and reminding them that we still care as they age they still matter it's just a blessing to be a blessing to others when we are needed the most. My name is Angelia Grant I have been in the medical field for over 30 years . I have worked in various facilities such as nursing homes, hospitals, retirement homes, Special need homes ,Alzheimer's facilities ,home health and private settings . I always had a passion for helping others it was instilled in me as a child and I always carried it with me .I was taught to Love the Lord God with all your heart and love your neighbors as yourself meaning not only the people next and from that it taught me to treat others as I desired to be treated.I assisted my grandmother at the age of 9 when she cared for my grandfather after a stroke left him paralyzed on one side and I always said when I become an adult that I wanna be in a profession that help others. I pursued my CNA at the age of 19 and earned many other certifications along the way. I enjoy being a caregiver it allows me to help with ensuring comfort and dignity .I feel proud of how many people that I have helped gain back some of the things they lost such as pride, dignityand the will to move on despite of, their circumstances and if I couldn't help them rehabilitate, I am glad that I could offer love , comfort and understanding.

I use to take care of my elderly grandma who raised me every since she past I said I always wanted to care for the elderly who is helpless and need help daily because one day you never know who might need to help you ,I work with disable clients also which I'm now for 8 years a celebral palsy client through the day time and I'm a people person who love to see a smile on some one else face and I have kids also ,so elderly ,disable and kids is my passion in life and that's what I love to do and my goal is to continue helping those n need and further my career n life and hopefully continue school in the medical field

My passion for caregiving makes me the best caregiver. I know for a fact that you can not perform your job well without passion. I am also very empathetic, patient, enthusiastic, and extremely reliable. My grandmother has been a caregiver to 2 families for the past 30 years. She's raised their kids and I grew up watching her and seeing how fulfilled she was by caring for the family and that immediately sparked my interest. I also love to help people. Seeing people in pain or distress makes me want to do whatever necessary to alleviate that pain. Which is essentially the thing I most enjoy about being a caregiver, helping those who can not help themselves. It's very rewarding at the end of the day. Getting up every morning to be of assistance to these families and their loved ones to render my best services is a personal achievement every single day being a caregiver.

I became a caregiver because I helped take care of my grandmother for over 3 years until she was placed in a nursing home. By doing that it motivated me and became my passion.

I really enjoy helping people out. I recently was a caregiver for a lady in Canton, Ms. I am very organized and coordinated. I enjoy being able to help other people out who are in need of help. A personal achievement that I have overcome is completing everything I set my mind to.
