I have 19 years of experience as a Nursing Assistant, I have 7 years as a medical Assistant, And I have owned my own Homecare agent for 2 years, I have received my BS in Healthcare Management which is one of my greatest achievement, I love being a homecare nursing assistant because I love taking care of people and I love getting familiar with their backgrounds, I take pride in taking care of my clients to the best of my ability. I'm 46 years old. I been married 19 years and have a 18 year old son who just graduated this year. I personally love being a caregiver. I've done it on and off for about 10 years now. I've always liked to help people and have customer service jobs but at the same time I knew I wanted to do more, so one day I was offered to be a caregiver and I accepted it and have loved it since. I was a private caregiver for almost a year and not to long after that I become a private caregiver for another lady for about the same time. I did get out of it for a little bit because when they passed away it was hard on me and I had to find away to deal with it because I knew in my heart it was what I was suppose to do and that's what brought me to Carelinx . Hi my name is Gayle, I'm a very easy person to work with my main goal is to ensure that my client is happy. Working with elderly people has always been a passion,it's a joy to sit and talk with them. I take being a caregiver very serious, I looked after both of my great grandmother's before they passed away. I treat each and every person I work with as if they are my own family, that makes me very passionate about my job.

I genuinely care for people. My mother had MS and when I was 5 she couldn't 5 and sometimes couldn't see or speak. I had to do everything for her wash cook clean feed her and my younger sister as well. When I was 14 liberty home health taught me how to take care of my mom and started paying me to take care of her. Seeing what my mom went thru is what attracts me to care giving we all are going to need somebody one day and I just pray that when I do I get the same great treatment that I give to those who need it. I enjoy getting to know my clients and doing anything they need me to do as long as my client is great I'm great! I'm proud of not giving up! So many times I couldn't given up or went dow min the wrong path but I didn't go that route! Growing up with a sicken bed ridden parent is hard because you have so much room to really mess up but I choose to do good stay in school and to the right thing. And I finished raising my sister!
