Hello all, A little about me... My name is Britina (Brit). I attended University of Phoenix online and obtained my Associates Degree in Healthcare Administration while working full time at IBM and raising my three daughters. After 10 years at IBM I went on to work with developmental and intellectually disabled adults for a few years and from there I went on to Home Health Care where I was also assigned hospice cases. I've had very personal experiences while helping care for my father after he was diagnosed with colorectal cancer. If you would like to know more please feel free to reach out to me. Hello, I'm Salena Ross! I feel I am a great Caregiver because I enjoy helping people, I'm very caring, and I'm very patient. I can't tell you exactly what make me want to be a Caregiver, but helping and taking care of people was a big part of my life growing up! I'm a mother of two amazing children. I'm a very patient and caring person who has a lot of experience assisting individuals with their daily routines. I first got into the field through my cousin who worked with mentally and physically challenged individuals of all ages when I was younger. I did that for many years and loved it. I then moved into early childhood education and worked for Headstart and a few daycare businesses. I started working specifically with seniors when my grandmother unfortunately became ill and I was one of her caregivers until she passed away. Since then I've worked in the field and have met a lot of incredible people. Sometimes I have to go from individual to individual depending on the company I'm working for and have always had good compliments and have always been requested back by them because of my outstanding job performance. My kids are getting older and I'm able to focus more on my career now. I look forward to meeting future clients and being able to assist them in anyway I possibly can to make things a little less stressful and to put a smile on their face.
