I am 20 years old. I have been an STNA since i have been a junior (2016). I have worked in the health care field for 3/4 years now. I have done home health care, nursing homes , & assisted living. Two personality traits that have helped me within care giving is that I am very patient and my demeanor is very calm. The great stories and advice from previous residents are what have attracted me into the caregiving side. I love spending quality time and being there to be a support system for the residents. One personal achievement I am proud of is that one of my pieces of poetry that I wrote back in September was selected to be published in a poetry book.
