I am an outgoing person, I am passionate about many things in life. I became a CNA (certified Nurses Assistant) in 2015 after the passing of my mom in 2011. I truly enjoy taking care of others and helping them out in anyway that I can. I love learning about who my client/patient/resident was before and who they are now. I driven to make sure that I am doing my best and giving my all every single day. Making sure that all needs are met and no task is left undone. I take pride in my work.

I love taking care of people. I was born in American Samoa, learned how to cook at an early age. Love cooking, cleaning, organizing and being around people. I like people and have compassion and respect for their feeling. I have a strong desire to comfort and care for others and improve their quality of life. My greatest achievement was successfully raising two children who are now generous, kind adults who are an asset to the community.

My primary concern as a caregiver is to make sure that my client is able to function at the best of their ability and to make sure that they are having the highest quality of life that they are able to have. I am not only there for my client but I am also there for the family (such as: to let them go grocery shopping, are just to be another set of ears at doctor appointments or for the family. After a few days with the client and the family I begin to consider them family. I have a great amount of nurturing and empathy, some say I care to much but I give 150% to my clients and families. I enjoy order and dispensing medication, relating to my clients, enjoy the pass and working on family history. I have no parents or grandparents so my clients kind of fill these roles. I have been a first responder, EMT, CPR Instructor, nurse's aide, and medication aide. My personal achievement that I am most proud of is having a D.N.S. that I work with for a long time trust me to teach new nurse's the medication routine and to be a charge nurse. As a personal care giver the highest praise I can be given is for my client to tell me I must be an angel and that they love me.

One of my greatest qualities of becoming a caregiver was to care as if it was one of your family members and having that connection one on one in creating a bond and Trust and just making the other person feel safe and bring good energy and being positive everyday. Just learning about the person I'm caring for knowing them on another level of trust and being a friend and compassionate person that is going to help them willingly and how you could just turn your day around and making them feel good and better and for yourself as well. Being a team player cuz sometimes it doesn't go the way you would want things to go and you could just improvise and make it work and adapt to whatever situation is going on in having the communication at all times to know that I'm providing a good job in my caregiving experience.

The knowledge of CNA and CMA, Over 10 years and the experience ,makes me a great caregiver. My great personalities are am honest, respectful and empathetic. My job and my personality has always been helping people and particularly old and disabled and helpless. Hi there! My name is Bryan, I have been in healthcare for twenty one years. I started as a cna in a skilled facility. I did that for five years and then started working with the developmentally disabled in semi-independent living situations as well as AHF's. After that, I became an activities assistant, in a skilled facility. That was one of the most amazing jobs ever. I got to create programs at night for residents with sundowners as well as the ones who were bored. Since then, I have done home care as well as working in facilities. I was born to take care of people and that is that. I've done home care from total quadriplegic care, down to basic companionship and housekeeping. I focus on my client and build relationships on what we have in common and their interests. Connection is important. I have also done a lot of end of life care. Helping the client stay comfortable and help the family understand the process that their loved one is going through. You name it and I have probably encountered it.
