I am a certified medical assistant with 10years experience 1year with a sleep center and 9years with cardiology where I currently work full time . I absolutely love my job and really enjoy helping others . I do help my patients in my area who do not have anyone else to help them or just need someone to talk to . I am fluent in Spanish and English very dependable and always willing to do extra . I am married and have a3 year old daughter and EIGHT dogs !

My name is Josalyne. I am caring, kind, reliable, patient, charismatic and understanding. My attraction to caregiving has came from my grandparents who are in their mid 80's. I enjoy caring for, helping others and making sure they are safe, as I have a background in security. I worked in the security field for about 8 years. I'm excited about learning and gaining more experience. I have worked at a nursing home briefly as a CNA when I was about 20. I have experience with dementia, seizures, diabetes, and mental and physical disabilities.

What I believe that makes me a good caregiver is the fact that I truly believe that whatever we do in life, it will come back to us, therefore if I treat someone with love, kindness, and respect, I will receive the same when it is my turn to receive the same care. When I first became a CNA I enjoyed the interaction I had with my patients. Then I later realized how great is the need for the elderly to receive care, and sadly not many people are interested in this type of job. So I decided to educate myself in medical related issues pertaining to the elderly care. One thing that I'm most proud is that I used my skills to personally care for my own mother, as well as my mother in law before they passed away.

I am a compassionate, patient, loving, and reliable caregiver. I became a caregiver 9 years ago while caring for my grandmother. Right away I knew this was where my heart was at. Since then I have been providing in home patient care and nursing facility care. I enjoy the quality time between patients and myself. I am also pursuing my dream of becoming a registered nurse in the future.

I love meeting new people and be able to help others. Being a caregiver is extremely rewarding to me. I take much pride in being able to care for our elders who have given so much to us, also kids and just people in general . The ability you change someone's mood for the better is a great accomplishment to myself.

I want to be able to join a company that will allow me to improve my skills, expand my experience, and allow me to broaden my knowledge; to maintain a full-time position where my experience can be utilized to improve the establishment while providing a professional working environment but also be able to provide care and love to those who need or require our assistance in their everyday lives. I may have just started my journey in the medical field but I know that with my personality and love for others that I can give the best care for those in need while providing the standards required for the job. Since I was a little girl I have wanted to become a nurse in order to help others in their lives, no matter how little the task. I have done schooling for my Medical Assistant as well as my Nurse Aide in order to gain experience and knowledge in the medical field providing help to those in need and providing the best care possible to my ability.
