I have worked in nursing homes and don't feel like the patients/residents get the care or compassion they deserve. I will let my patient/client be as dependent as they can and be there to help with what ever is needed.

The process of choosing a caregiver is somewhat challenging, so here is some, about me : Getting to work with families has become a joy for me - My father was ill and I helped him in the last weeks of his life and found fulfillment in helping him when He couldn't help himself. It takes a special person to care for our elderly. I treat your family, like I would be caring for my own. I have been a CNA for over 12 years, working in a nursing home was not a good fit for me. So I left and have spent the last 10 yrs caring for people in their own homes. I have cared for the early Alzheimer's and watch them transition. I have cared for a set of 26 wk old preemies and watched them grow to become very active girls. My greatest traits kindness, caring, loving and patient.
