Hello my name is Rachel. I recently just moved back to Virginia a year ago. I've been a caregiver for 10 years. I love being a caregiver and helping bring happiness to someone's life. I'm skilled in most everything non-medically related. I can help with transporting to Doctors, cooking, laundry, bathing, exercising, light house cleaning, companionship, I know how to use a Hoyer lift. Of course I can transfer with gaitbelt (as needed). I treat all my clients like family as that is how I got into doing this type of profession. I am 38 years farm girl who enjoys time outside. We have a small farm with lots of animals all rescues. Ive recently joint the fire department and am enjoying so much helping the people in our community and plan to take advantage of all the training and educational opportunities that they provide and plan to work to join the rescue side as well. I have enjoyed doing both private care in homes and nursing assistant care in facilities where I was able to assist families with their loved ones.
