Hello! I am a compassionate and bubbly caregiver. I love bringing positive energy into my client's lives and creating an environment in which they feel safe and taken care of. I have experience with in-home care for seniors living with various types of disabilities. I am familiar with gate-belt transfers, medication reminders, basic grooming/dressing, and bathing. There's nothing I love more than putting a smile on a client's face and bringing a little joy into their day. I deeply sympathize with the daily struggles of living with certain illnesses and disabilities, and therefore I always to utilize compassion and patience. It is also extremely important to communicate with both clients and their trusted family members to ensure the highest quality care possible.

I am a firm believer in caring for the whole person and not just focus the ailments and/or current circumstances. I have had the honor of serving as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for about 8 years. I have been successful in providing quality, fully present, joyous care in many different environments such as in home care, assisted living, skilled facilities, hospitals, and travel nursing. I always wanted a job where I was going to be able to help others. There's nothing I enjoy the most than to make a difference in others life. I still have both of my parents, and everything I do is to help them. The day they need the assistance of a caregiver or someone to help them with their needs; who better than me to take care of them. That's why I always tread my clients how I would like others to tread my parents. I'm proud of who I'm and of everything I have done by my self.

I started caregiving when I was 15 I realized then I enjoyed taking care of people and making them smile, I have taken care of my grandparents, and I also worked in privet duty nursing homes an I took care of my best friend after she had heart surgery,

First of all I went from working in the downtown area of Chicago, very fast paced and very good money to one day my mom was diagnosed with Parkinson disease and at the same time my grandmother with breast cancer and dementia. My grandfather had colon cancer too. They all lived together. I ended up being there caregiver which led me to getting my CNA in which a agency hired me to take care of them so I didn't want them in a nursing home. What makes me a good caregiver is that Im very organized and was willing to learn about their conditions. Being that they all lived together, made it easy to take good care of them in which I moved in too. I was told by many people including the nurses and doctors that I was very empathetic. What I enjoy most of being a caregiver is how it makes me feel. I love to help others because its a feeling of accomplishment. A personal achievement Im proud of is that my mom, gram and gramps got there wish of passing away at home around family.
